FAQ pages are a common element in many sites. A common approach is to have a list of questions at the top of the page that link to answers farther down a long scrolling page.

Our approach is to use an accordion element which opens to reveal the answer to the question clicked on. This allows eliminates scrolling or having include links back to the top of the page. You can always see all the questions. Another example of how good design makes things faster and easier for the visitor.
